The nation’s grid consists of a complex network of transmission lines that power our daily lives and underpins every aspect of society, from businesses to military activities and emergency services. Today 70 percent of our transmission lines are over 25 years old, with the majority being much older, and approaching the end of their typical 50–80-year lifecycle, leaving us susceptible to power outages, cyber-attacks, or community emergencies caused by faulty grid infrastructure. However, for decades our nation’s energy industry has been focused on centralized utility scale solutions based upon incentivized products. Over the past decade, tens of billions of dollars have been spent to develop cleaner, cheaper, and more reliable alternative energy sources. The results, electricity costs continue to rise, the inefficiency of clean energy integration still exists, power outages (costing as much as $130B annually) are increasing and our ability to withstand and recover from outages caused by deliberate attacks, accidents, or naturally occurring threats or incidents, such as hurricanes has risen to be among the top of our national security concerns. Yet, the lack of safe, reliable, and resilient energy systems continues and nowhere is the impact on safety, security and finances felt greater than at the operator, first responder and end user (the private citizen) level.
Focusing on the end user, we have taken a modular integrated systems design approach to collect, store, distribute and utilize electrical energy to power products and propel vehicles. Via the use of our proprietary and Patented technologies, we are able to be chemistry-agnostic when it comes battery cells and cell manufacturers. These technologies enable us to offer our customers and the end users the most cost effective, safe, and efficient energy storage solutions possible in order to fulfill their specific needs by product, market and industry. Each of the resulting systems is specifically designed to exceed industry standards and stand alone as a proprietary application specific product/system that supports rather than supplants the current readily available electrical infrastructure.

Each of these application specific solutions is designed to operate in austere environments, exceed industry standards and support rather than supplant the current readily available electrical and communications infrastructure.
